Gretchen's Rescue Roast

Gretchen is a rescue dog adopted by our Founder in May 2025, becoming the cherished inspiration behind this exceptional blend. Named in her honor, this medium-roast coffee showcases carefully selected beans from sustainable farms across South America. A lightly roasted blend that is perfect as an early sunrise roast. Tasting notes include walnuts, mild apple, slight raisin and toffee. Environmentally friendly washed processing and sun dried. This coffee is both partial sun and full sun grown at high mountain elevation.  Each batch is roasted in small quantities to ensure optimal freshness and flavor development.

Proceeds from Gretchen's Sweetheart Blend supports animal rescue organizations, continuing her legacy of bringing warmth and joy to those around her.
