Both options support animal rescue and advocacy initiatives.

Heart & Hound Brew Service

Designed for high-volume, fast-moving events such as car shows, community events, and fundraisers.

Pricing

  • $3 per cup (flat rate)

  • $250 minimum revenue guarantee (unless waived by partnership)

Includes

  • Freshly brewed specialty coffee

  • Cups, lids, creamers, and sweeteners

  • Efficient on-site service

  • Professional setup and breakdown

Best for:
Cars & Coffee events, festivals, walkathons, markets, and large public gatherings.

Heart & Hound Reserve Coffee Service (Coffeehouse Style)

An upgraded experience for organizers who want a more polished, café-inspired setup for guests.

Pricing

  • $5 per cup (flat rate)

  • $350 minimum revenue guarantee (unless waived by partnership)

Includes

  • Freshly brewed specialty coffee

  • Expanded creamer bar with:

    • Flavored creamers (e.g., vanilla, hazelnut, caramel)

    • Oat milk and/or almond milk

    • Half-and-half and dairy-free options

  • Cups, lids, stirrers, and sweeteners

  • More curated presentation

  • Professional setup and breakdown

Best for:
Corporate events, sponsor-hosted gatherings, private events, VIP areas, and premium fundraisers.

Host-Paid Options (Either Service Level)

Organizers may choose to cover coffee for guests:

  • Standard Service: $300 flat for up to 100 cups

  • Premium Service: $500 flat for up to 100 cups

Additional cups are billed at the per-cup rate for the selected service level.

Tea Service Add-On

Enhance your event with an optional tea service for guests who prefer tea or non-coffee options.

Standard Tea Service

+$1 per guest (or $50 minimum for small meetings)

Includes a selection of black, green, and herbal teas, hot water service, cups, lids, sweeteners, and optional lemon.

Premium Tea Bar

+$2 per guest (or $95 minimum)

Includes a curated tea selection, honey sticks or local honey, lemon, and non-dairy options such as oat or almond milk. Designed for executive meetings and elevated events.

Tea service pairs seamlessly with both Heart & Hound Brew Service and Heart & Hound Brew Reserve packages.

Fresh Local Pastries Add-On

We partner with select local bakeries to offer fresh pastries that pair perfectly with your coffee service, creating a more complete and welcoming experience for guests.

Pastry Service

$4–$5 per guest (minimum order may apply)

Selections may include croissants, muffins, danishes, scones, and seasonal specialties depending on bakery availability. Includes display setup and napkins.

Ideal for corporate meetings, sponsor-hosted events, fundraisers, and VIP gatherings.

Advance notice is required for pastry orders to ensure freshness and bakery coordination.

Mission Impact

Roxy’s Coffee was founded to honor rescue dogs and to support animal welfare initiatives. A portion of proceeds from event coffee service helps fund rescue partnerships, advocacy, and care for animals in need.

Optional donation opportunities may be available at select events.

Standard Meeting Coffee Service

$150 flat
Serves up to 25 guests and includes freshly brewed coffee, cups, lids, creamers, sweeteners, setup, and cleanup. Ideal for internal meetings and team events.

Premium Meeting Coffee Service

$225 flat
Serves up to 25 guests and includes everything in Standard plus flavored creamers and non-dairy options like oat or almond milk. Perfect for client-facing or executive meetings.

Larger Small-Group Meetings (25–50 Guests)

  • Standard: $225 flat

  • Premium: $325 flat

These packages provide predictable pricing and a polished experience for professional environments.
