Meet Gretchen, Rescue Ambassador for Roxy's Coffee

Gretchen, a remarkable canine, serves as the Rescue Ambassador for Roxy's Coffee, embodying the spirit of resilience and hope. Unlike her predecessor Roxy, who faced a more tumultuous past, Gretchen's journey is one of transformation and second chances.

Initially, Gretchen lived as a stray, navigating the challenges of life without a permanent home. Despite her circumstances, she was fortunate to have been adopted by a loving owner who provided her with care and affection. Unfortunately, due to health issues, her owner was compelled to surrender her to a local no-kill shelter, where she awaited a new beginning.

In May 2025, after a brief fostering period, our Founder recognized Gretchen's potential and welcomed her into the family. This decision not only changed Gretchen's life but also highlighted the importance of adopting pets in need. By choosing to adopt, individuals can provide a loving home to animals who have faced adversity, thereby contributing to their rehabilitation and happiness.
