At Roxy’s Coffee, we’re more than just a coffee brand. We’re a passionate advocate for change, a voice for dogs in need, and a reminder that love and compassion can heal even the deepest wounds.

Founded in 2025 and named after Roxy—our beloved founder’s dog, who was rescued from the horrors of dog fighting—our coffee is a tribute to her strength, resilience, and loving spirit. Roxy’s journey was a heartbreaking one. She was used as a bait dog, enduring unspeakable pain. Despite the trauma she suffered, Roxy only knew love and kindness in her final years, passing away in February 2025 after a long battle with health issues caused by her past.

Roxy’s story, though filled with sorrow, is one of hope and healing. With every cup of Roxy’s Coffee you enjoy, you are helping us continue Roxy’s legacy of compassion. A portion of all profits goes toward rescuing and caring for dogs who have faced similar horrors.

But our commitment doesn’t stop there. We are actively involved in advocating for stronger laws and increased penalties to end the brutality of dog fighting once and for all. We believe that every dog deserves a chance at a happy, healthy life.

The Barista's Blend Coffee process begins at the source. Our coffees are chosen and established with great love and greater yet - consideration of origin, flavor profile and quality. All of these components help us to deliver consistent, exceptional coffee with true approachability.

Impeccable roasting and freshness are the keys to revealing what each unique coffee has to offer. Our fresh coffee beans are roasted per order, immediately packaged and shipped directly to your door. We want our customers to experience fresh coffee at its peak drinkability, just a few days after being roasted to perfection.

We take a different approach than your traditional coffee you may see at your local super market. We roast to order rather than roasting days in advance and shipping out days old coffee. What that means for you, is you can store our coffee longer in your pantry or freezer as well as getting freshly roasted coffee every single cup.

Our beans are non-GMO and ethically sourced from farms throughout the globe. We go above and beyond to make sure our beans are of the highest quality. This results in a greater tasting cup of coffee every single time.

ROASTED TO PERFECTION

Our whole beans are roasted the same day it's shipped. This ensures that your coffee is as fresh it can be. Our Ground coffee is shipped the following day to accommodate the de-gassing process.
